Princess Marzipan and the Nougat Dragon
A downloadable game for Windows
A special thanks to retinacyst, FlyingEyeMonster, and DoublePlebeian for providing graphics for enemies. This game was created using the Steam 2003 Maniacs Patch by Bingshan.
STORY
When Princess Marzipan wakes up, she finds that everyone in her castle has been turned into candy. Together with the dragon hero Nougat, she goes on an adventure to put a stop to the fiend who dares mess with her schedule for the day!
GAMEPLAY
Battles are fought quiz game style. The player must answer the questions presented correctly in order to win. Outside of battle, the player rolls the dice on a gameboard and lands on various tiles.

I am not very good at English, but I played with the help of OCR software and translation software, and we all solved this game quiz together while streaming!
I had a lot of game overs, but I really enjoyed the questions from various genres, especially anime and video games!
The extras after clearing the game were also interesting, especially the story of how they created 250 questions in a short period of time.
I thought that when a person thinks of a large number of problems in a short period of time, that person's experience must reside there, meow!
Anyway, Princess Marzipan was cute and very nice!

私は英語はあまり得意ではないですが、OCRソフトと翻訳ソフトを駆使してプレイし、ストリーミングをしながらみんなでこのゲームのクイズを解きました！何度もゲームオーバーになったけど、色んなジャンルの問題、特にアニメやゲームの問題などもあってとっても楽しみました！
クリア後のエクストラも興味深く、特に250問の問題を短期間で作り上げたという話が面白かったです。
人が短期間に大量の問題を考えると、そこにはその人の経験が宿るものなんじゃないかと思った、meow!
とにかくとっても良い作品でした！

really enjoyed this. was thinking while playing that was nice to finally play a game like quiz nanairo dreams but with questions that are temporally relevant and of subcultures that am actually familiar with and then reading your comments in the bonus room felt glad someone else had that thought. also an extremely impressive showcase of the possibilities that the maniacs patch opens up.

The maniacs patch really is a godsend for 2k3 developers, I don't think I'd been able to finish this game within the time limit without it.
This looks very cute, I have so little time but it's on my to play list for now...
